Refund Policy

At FunGenius, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience with your purchase.

Returns
Due to the nature of our product, returns are accepted only in case the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product inside

Refunds / Replacements
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund, depending on the case and product availability

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct while placing the order. FunGenius will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
