Order Processing
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

We currently ship across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. FunGenius will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Package
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
